My Vi Story:
I am a mother of 3 special needs children. 1 autistic/adhd, another autistic, and the last epilepsy, pediatric Chrons disease, and auto immune deficiency. At my highest weight 3 years ago I was 445lbs and met my trainer who introduced vi to me. In my first 5 months I dropped 80lbs. I had knee replacement surgery at the age of 27 and was told if I didn’t do something sson I would be having hip replacement surgery at the young age of 27 as well. I knew I needed to make a change not only for myself but my children and husband deserved better. My husband is active duty in the navy and spends most of his time away from home. With that being said an average month with 10-20 Dr appts between all children, therapy everyday, trying to eat right and make time to work out was not easy. I had to work out with a baby on my back while meal prepping in the kitchen. This is a non stop lifestyle even when things get too crazy in my household.
